Role Title: L&D Program Manager
As an Program Manager supporting the Shared Services team in PCP, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Meta's global portfolio of privacy training. This includes: Annual Privacy Training, Engineering bootcamp privacy training etc.
Responsibilities
; Enable the progress of the Product Compliance & Privacy Learning team on training program initiatives
; Partner with Product Compliance & Privacy Learning team and cross functional teams to scope and identify training needs and learning solutions that are consistent with programs and strategies
; Review collateral deliverables from instructional designers to ensure training meets learning outcomes and business requirements
; Collaborate with Meta FTE personnel to advise on knowledge management initiatives in support of business outcomes.
; Collaborate with different client groups across the organization and design bespoke training programs.
; Work independently against rapid timelines with minimal input and oversight from Meta FTE management.
; Stay informed on emerging learning trends in the digital/media industry
Minimum Qualifications
; 5 years working experience within learning & development or training;
; Demonstrated experience on program management for a learning and development team and program
; Demonstrated expertise in overseeing instructional design project to deliver high quality learning deliverables
; Experience with advising on or overseeing complex knowledge management projects
; Demonstrated experience with communicating with a variety of audiences
; Demonstrated experience managing and influencing relationships with stakeholders
; Demonstrated experience with developing learning at scale
; Demonstrated experience with blended learning approaches
; Demonstrated experience using ADDIE principle, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies for classroom and electronic learning
; Demonstrated experience in communicating complex processes into simple and easy to understand concepts
; Ability to work independently in a highly faced-pace environment
Preferred Qualifications
; Demonstrated expertise and technical skill with advanced eLearning authoring software, such as Articulate Storyline
; Demonstrated experience with requirements to design and develop learning courses from scratch, through post-training assessments using Kirkpatrick s Model of Evaluation.
; Experience with project management software, such as Asana, or SmartSheets, or Microsoft Project
; Demonstrated experience working with globally distributed teams
; Training experience/background in the tech space
; Experience with Cornerstone LMS
