Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in driving, building, and qualifying New Product Introduction (NPI) process stages with engineering teams.
Experience in hardware manufacturing for supply chain operations.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in data center networking or optical engineering.
Experience working with hardware programs (e.g., PCBA, L10 assembly) or networking products (e.g., NICs, switches, optics, racks).
Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.

As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager, you will be driving operations to new product development to ensure products are designed and built to Google standards.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead large, complex, cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals.
Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost, assembly, test, Bill of Materials (BOM), capacity readiness and transition plans).
Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
