- Experience with Data Center Operations.
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution, in a new product introduction (NPI) role.

The Global Server Operation team is charged with developing and expanding Google's server floor operations and data center materials, including strategies for technology, data center planning, and staffing. As Cloud continues to scale, the team's work will contribute to the ongoing product, process, and capability growth to ensure Google can continue to meet market and competitive goals.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
- Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship resulting in measurable efficiency and utilization gains.
- Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making.
- Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that focus on business impact for the organization.
- Build alliances with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholders who have similarly aligned priorities.
