- Experience working with technical teams such as engineering, core infrastructure, data science, and UX.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to crafting cross-product analytical and UX solutions that enable teams to take a more informed decision around important abuse fighting topics.

We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.Responsibilities
- Lead multiple programs within Insights and UX, collaborating cross-functionally to define program scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, driving OKRs to completion.
- Manage relationships with key partner teams, support collaboration, and ensure the success of cross-functional initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on program performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify process improvement areas within scope programs to bring efficiencies in the overall process.
- Develop documentation and establish communication protocols to ensure visibility, alignment, and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
- Partner with Core Infrastructure, Data Science and Analytics, and UX teams to establish an analytical and data-driven culture across the organization.
