- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 2 years of experience in community management, social media strategy or go-to-market.
- Ability to engage with a diverse set of disciplines like Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Engineers, UX, Program Managers spanning all organizational levels.

The mission of the Machine Learning Developer Advocacy team is to build easy developer journeys across the AI developer product suite with a well organized and helpful developer experience. Our team works across Google to ensure a consistent narrative for products such as Google AI Studio and the Gemini API, Gemma open models, Imagen, Veo, Google Colaboratory, Kaggle and Frameowrks, On-Device Machine Learning(ODML).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain AI communities across various audiences including developers, researchers, and learners with the goal to motivate adoption of ML Developer products, including Kaggle and Colaboratory.
- Design and maintain Community Spotlight Program to create a pipeline of community-led content readily available to share on Google AI for Developers social channels.
- Own and expand the Women in AI program and annual summit.
- Collaborate across Google, especially with other Developer Relations (DevRel) teams to motivate a cross-AI developer narrative on various social media outlets.
- Collaborate and contribute to AI events, meetups, hackathons, startup showcases.
