- Design and deliver program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycles that address continuous improvement in collaboration with program stakeholders, including objectives.
- Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs. Maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including managing dependencies.
- Build relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.
