Life's New Beginning is a non-profit agency providing person centered services to individuals that are dual diagnosed with an intellectual disorder and mental health disorder. This is achieved through innovative techniques, teaching/mentoring individuals how to live their best life and providing daily support. LNB is currently seeking a Program Manager.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of a residential group home. The job location is at the group home (not an office setting). Responsibilities include but are not limited to working directly with the individuals within the program (direct care), managing/training direct support professionals (DSP), facilitating team meetings, identifying and reporting mental health symptoms and behavior(s) of concern, working hours necessary to meet the needs of the individuals, communicate effectively with DSPs, management, family and other professionals such as doctors, psychiatrists, etc. Managers are on-call on a rotating basis. This position is a full-time salaried position. The schedule is Monday-Friday and includes both day and evening hours. There are occurrences that may include working on the weekend. Position requires flexibility in the schedule to meet the needs of the program.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older, possess either a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and valid driver's license. Candidates must have at least one year experience working with individuals with an intellectual disability and/or a mental health disorder. Supervisory/ management experience preferred but not required. Previous program management experience is a plus.
