The ideal candidate will have strong experience with cloud migration, excellent communication skills, and a background in proposal writing and scope estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale application modernization programs, focusing on cloud migration.
• Manage project timelines, cost tracking, and deliverables using advanced project management practices.
• Develop and present comprehensive proposals, clearly estimating scope and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
• Apply knowledge of cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience managing federal government projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and project deliverables efficiently.
• Strong expertise in writing proposals and estimating project scopes.
• Experience with large cloud migrations and a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
