What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Play a role in developing and implementing comprehensive program plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Work within cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication among stakeholders, to drive project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
• Monitor and report on program performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Experience working with program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within budget constraints, while maximizing return on investment.
• Conduct regular program reviews and status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans and proactive strategies to address potential challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in program management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity throughout the program lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior program managers and team members, fostering professional development and ensuring the growth of program management capabilities within the organization.
Work Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance, ideally with exposure to captive programs
