As a Program Manager within Data Center Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Industrial and Occupational Health programs to protect worker health and safety from workplace hazards
This involves identifying and assessing potential risks, implementing control measures, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing training, investigating incidents, and promoting a positive occupational health, industrial hygiene, and safety culture within the organization
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world
We are a diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities Implement comprehensive occupational health and industrial hygiene programs to ensure worker safety and compliance with regulatory, industry best practices, and internal requirements. Conduct workplace assessments and industrial hygiene studies to identify and evaluate chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards
Develop and implement effective controls to minimize worker exposure.Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant occupational health and industrial hygiene regulations and standards
Manage interactions with regulatory agencies during inspections or audits
Ensure proper notification of employee exposures and coordinate documentation of employee exposures in medical records.Develop and deliver occupational health and industrial hygiene training programs
Stay current with advancements in occupational health and industrial hygiene.Collect, analyze, and report occupational health and safety data to drive enable improvement.
