Position Summary
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about leading a dynamic team supporting DoD test and evaluation activities.
The selected candidate will work in an office environment either at the Trideum or customer site located in the vicinity of Fort Bliss, TX. The person in this role will be responsible for leading and setting the tone for the testing and evaluation support activities of DoD systems to include system analysis, data collection, and technical maintenance.
This is an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to be integrally involved in the continued development and refinement of systems to be utilized in the multi-domain operational environment. This role requires dedication and precise decision-making skills to develop support plans to meet the customers’ needs. In this role, the candidate must be able to conceptualize adaptable and flexible solutions to meet customer needs in a dynamic environment. This position is contingent upon contract award.
What You’ll Do
Project Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
- Understand the customer, their mission, and their current capabilities.
- Provide overall contract planning, coordination, control, and direction in relation to contract execution.
- Provide oversight in various engineering, analysis, and general support activities as related to customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain direct touchpoints/meetings with government leads (supported customer, KO/COR, et al).
- Develop and deliver contract deliverables and responses to the government such as monthly status reports.
- Track and manage contract financials to ensure budgetary compliance.
- Oversee administrative functions as required to include security, property control, purchasing, financial accounting, human resources, safety, environmental compliance, and clerical support.
- Ensure all rules, regulations, and directives issued are adhered to by all employees.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of demonstrated engineering and management experience on DoD contracts or projects with organizational responsibilities of a similarly complex nature and financial scope. Possess experience working on and demonstrated leadership responsibilities on at least two large projects or programs utilizing mechanical, computer, electrical and electronics engineering disciplines
- Experience reviewing and approving the work of project managers, engineers, support staff and contract administrative personnel
- One (1) year of experience demonstrating knowledge of the DoD acquisition process specifically related to the test career field
- U.S. Citizenship and an active top-secret level clearance in accordance with DoD regulations
- Experience with Army Test and Evaluation is a plus
