We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to support our vision of expanding Amazon globally. The person will work in support of the International Expansion team and will partner closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams to deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers around the world. This role also provides opportunities to improve the processes related to launching new Amazon stores while driving store launches to completion.
As a successful candidate, you will have experience managing multiple priorities and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion. You have a strong bias for action and excel in owning your space, solving challenges as they arise. You have the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders, including teams across software engineering, logistics, product management, legal, finance, and core retail businesses. You are passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive progress for the launch of Amazon stores around the world partnering with Product Manager, Tech and Business teams.
* Support Product Managers in grooming BRDs, opening SIMs and tracking progress with host teams as well as connecting the dots between teams.
* Participate in QA/UAT/F&F testing along with QA Engineers and Product Managers to ensure the Retail, CX, 3P and FLAT systems are bug free and working as expected.
* Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across Amazon various teams.
* Analyze and monitor ongoing workstreams to take corrective actions and suggest new methods/mechanisms of driving progress.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in Amazon 3P, Retail or CX.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
