The Program Manager earns a competitive salary.
The Program Manager works under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Community Support and is responsible for facilitating the continuous growth, development, and implementation of this position's main purpose is to assist and support the ongoing efforts of Community Supports in delivering Day/Community/Employment services. Assist in direct guidance, support, and supervision to Lead DSP (Direct Support Professionals) and DSP's (Direct Support Professionals), while overseeing the day-to day operation of assigned locations.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PROGRAM MANAGER:
As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with Community Supports Leadership personnel to support program services innovations in facilities and /or in the community and facilitate training opportunities with DSPs to improve service provisions and quality of services. Stay current with evidence based clinical practices for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Aging related disorders and aging services to incorporate into service provision. The program manager will gain an understanding of the abilities, preferences and interests of Person's supported to effectively support employment, life, and community inclusion goals. Will have to monitor documentation from DSPs weekly to ensure compliance, thoroughness, and accuracy. Provide feedback and input to appropriate personnel regarding the needs of persons supported, and collaborates with ancillary departments to ensure all safety and licensing requirements are adhered to according to regulatory standards for the facility and any other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROGRAM MANAGER:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years' experience in Human Services with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
- Travel is required
