**Description**
**PeaceHealth is seeking a for a full time Program Manager, Employee Relations. This remote role requires the incumbent to reside in OR, WA, AK or TX by date of hire.**
Serves as a consultant and advisor internally to members of the HR Service Center and to PeaceHealth leaders who face employee relations matters as a subject matter expert. This includes ensuring consistent best practice approaches to positive employee and labor relations, adherence to policies, compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, and investigation.
**What you will enjoy:**
+ Partners with internal HR teams in implementing and documentation employee relations matters.
+ Employee relations research and identifying organization trends and patterns and need to intervention. This includes partnering with other HR teams to create and implement recommendations.
+ Provides support and consultation to leadership in employee relations and connected labor implication.
+ Provides support to HR partners, HR directors or others in support of HR related initiatives and projects.
+ In consultation with HR leadership, collaborates for appropriate outcomes with leadership, COEs and the HRSC which balances caregiver needs, policies, procedures, compliance with regulatory standards and PeaceHealth mission and values.
+ Uses data from multiple sources to identify needs and make recommendations. Maintains dashboards and regular reporting
+ Facilitates and supports organizational change at the team-level.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**What you will bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant discipline or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
+ Minimum of 7 years General Human Resources, or equivalent work experience at an exempt level that included employee relations.
+ Experience in a shared services organization preferred.
+ High touch customer service preferred.
+ Certified Professional Human Resources, Certified Senior Professional Human Resources, Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional preferred.
**Additional Skills:**
+ Knowledge of regulatory compliance, federal and state laws with a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
+ Knowledge of employee & labor relations.
+ Mediation and conflict resolutions skills.
+ Investigation skills.
+ Ability to develop and present concise information.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Understanding of operations within the healthcare industry.
+ Ability to identify, utilize and interpret workforce-related metrics.
+ Proficient in the use of MS Office application.
+ Proficient in the use of a major HRIS solution preferred.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Consistently operates computer and other office equipment.
+ Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
+ Sedentary work.
+ Predominantly operates in an office environment.
+ Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting.
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
+ The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $48.66 - $73.00. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
