Base salary: $80,000 - 100,000/year. (Compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.)

Position Overview:

The PM will be tasked with taking ownership of ensuring that the process from order entry to delivery is coordinated effectively as you take on the role of our customers' advocate. For a daily snapshot, your responsibilities will vary as you work with and through many internal and external stakeholders for this critical role as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with Operations, Purchasing and Finance to ensure a smooth process for on-time product delivery to CES' customers
• Effectively and proficiently utilize ERP system for work order creation and revision
• In coordination with the Production team, schedule orders
• Track order progress internally to ensure customer due dates are met
• Ensure production lead-times meet customer needs and communicate accordingly
• Follow-up with customer to ensure satisfaction and invoice accordingly
• Responsible for ensuring all new product launches transition from production to delivery while coordinating with Purchasing, Operations and Engineering to ensure all necessary documentation is available and accurate.
• Address customer issues and enlist the support of various departments for resolution
• Proactively contact and visit customers to inquire about new opportunities and/ or additional business on current projects
• Coordinate customer RFQs on potential new and repeat business
• Prepare material quote and forward for labor costing and profit data
• Notify the team of pertinent information concerning customers, competitors, and trends
• Ensure all shipping requirements are accurate to the customer's specifications
• Ensure Finished Goods Inventory match packing lists, quantities, part numbers, PO number, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5 years' experience with a contract manufacturer within the Electronics Manufacturing space (EMS)
• Previous experience with proactively contacting customers
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Occasional overnight travel may be required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient customer service and sales skills, a sense of urgency, follow-thru and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a high level of business acumen and results oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft products
• Experience using and ERP is a plus
• High energy and optimistic enthusiasm
