InterFuze is currently seeking a well-qualified Program Manager to support the Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) Program Management Office.
Responsibilities:The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Perform high level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, conducts manpower assessments, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
- Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.
- Manage, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract/program activities. Interface with government personnel.
- Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
- Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates, and utilize company resources to achieve program objectives.
- Perform technical program management.
- Provides oversight and mentoring to mid and junior level Program Managers by reviewing proposed plans and recommending changes. Resolves conflicts with sub-contractors.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 15 years managing Government programs, six of which is in a supervisory capacity.
- Seven years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- PMP Certification in Program Management
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Security Clearance for which U.S. Citizenship is required.
