Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience with technical teams in project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities.
- 2 years of experience in either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 2 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, and knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents and contracts.
- Understanding of start up/commissioning processes and standard practices in the design and construction industry.

As a highly motivated construction Program Manager, you will provide management of large and small scale data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will be tasked with working and coordinating the desires and needs of multiple partner teams, while managing changes and maintaining a focus on keeping the project on schedule and budget.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage data center retrofit/upgrade/renovation projects from inception through to completion.
- Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of an existing facility.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Maintain end-to-end responsibility from construction to deployment.
- Resolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
