Schedule: hybrid (Tue-Thu in office, Mon/Fri WFH)

Planet Interactive is looking for a Program Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and will require this person to work a hybrid schedule, being onsite Tuesday to Thursday in their Cupertino office.
Program Manager Responsibilities:
- End-to-end program management
- Organizing weekly team meetings and distributing updates
- Coordinating and maintaining product documentation and roadmap
- Managing large cross-functional project meetings and reviews, including across time zones
- Tracking and communicating project milestones and scope changes
- Coordinating Product deliverables for keynotes, press briefings, and launch events
- Continuously optimizing workflow and communication in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Planning and leading generative and creative workshopping sessions
- 10+ years as Producer or Program Manager in tech focused on media or digital entertainment products, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations — operations for Product teams is a plus
- Aptitude for grasping complex concepts and shifting between conversations at varying altitudes
- Ability to foster synergies among our teams and develop cross-product connections
- Ability to operate on differing time horizons and understand evolution of program to meet specific needs
- Deep familiarity with entertainment products and digital services including an ability to learn new technology quickly
- Understanding of the relationship between hardware, software, and services to create amazing customer experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster deep relationships across the company that can enable complex
- discussions and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Objective approach to problem solving in order to drive alignment in a debate-driven culture
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Top-notch organization and prioritization skills
