About the role:
Join Takeda as a Program Manager, Compliance Monitoring, where you will execute day-to-day monitoring initiatives to ensure compliance with Takeda policies and SOPs. You will also be a key forward-thinking leader in risk identification and mitigation and build an innovative function supporting achievement of Takeda’s Vision. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance (E&C) will respond rapidly to changing environment and business needs; it is close to the market and encourages ethical behavior in line with Takeda’s values. By working in an agile manner E&C ensuring the balance between stable structures, governance, processes and systems, and dynamic approaches to delivering innovative solutions to appropriately manage our risks. As part of the USBU Ethics & Compliance team, you will report to the Monitoring and Risk Assessment Lead and you will collaborate across all E&C teams and partner with stakeholders in USBU and business functions to embed ethics and compliance as part of the way everyone works at Takeda.
How you will contribute:Accurately and completely document monitoring results, gather supporting information and prepare reports showing findings and key trends.
Proactively work with relevant stakeholders to help determine root cause and track remediation action plans resulting from monitoring findings and recommendations
Prepare monitoring report data; communicate findings to management & E&C colleagues
Execute on compliance monitoring and data analytics initiatives
Provide key metrics and proactive data insights
Support Compliance Risk Assessment and Global E&C Monitoring program and projects
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of compliance, audit, or commercial experience, of which 3 years in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Experience with laws, regulations and industry guidance that affect the pharmaceutical industry including, but not limited to, OIG and PhRMA guidelines, PDMA, healthcare standard operating procedures, and anti-bribery and anti-kickback laws
Experience executing compliance monitoring within the pharmaceutical industry
Understanding of Ethics & Compliance, compliance monitoring and compliance data
Ability to work with analytics tools, databases, reporting platforms, and systems
Able to work and deliver on deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities
Flexibility to accommodate new projects and expanded functional scope responsibilities
Capability to lead and facilitate discussions with leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Sharepoint, and PowerBI or Tableau
Up to 15% domestic travel

Lexington, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
108,500.00 - 170,500.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
