Program Manager, Commercial BI Developer - Breakthru Beverage Group

Overview:

The Program Manager, Commercial BI Developer collaborates with the corporate stakeholders, Suppliers, and IT team to support the ongoing development of BI Reporting and dashboards within the enterprise supplier portal. This role will play a crucial part in getting business insights into the hands of our leaders and suppliers so they can make data-driven decisions that drive our business and will be the technical expert for the Supplier Power BI system.

 

This position will operate in a hybrid capacity (two days from the office and three days from home) and can be based from any Breakthru Beverage location. 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and audit datasets and Power BI dashboards based on requirements.
2. Oversee Supplier Portal Power BI landscape (technology, administration & governance) in partnership with IT.
3. Partner with Commercial & Supplier Business Development teams to identify, document, and prioritize system enhancements.
4. Lead training & advocacy for internal stakeholders and supplier partners.
5. Aid in the creation of training/support materials with learning, leadership, and sales team.
6. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence and/or information management
• Ability to translate Business requirements to Technology requirements and vice versa
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query M, and SQL
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling
• Demonstrated effectiveness in leading cross-functional workstreams and projects to completion, under budget and on schedule.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with strong verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Analytic, organizational, and reporting skills
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide relevant, actionable, data-driven advice to management
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
• Ability to understand complex business and technology processes 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in beverage alcohol or consumer package goods

Physical Requirements:
