Responsibilities:SUMMARY
The Program Manager is responsible for OneTouch™ Return Material Authorization supporting AT&T Cloud programs which may include, but are not limited to:
- Program development
- Implementation and management of programs
- Coordination directly with customers and external service partners
- Cross-functional team coordination and execution of program initiatives including planning and oversight to customer contractual and project requirements.
- Influencing successful achievement of strategic goals and tracking program sucess.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining all job aid documentation needed to oversee the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as key KGPCo contact for assigned project/program.
- Manages program includes from cradle to grave planning, implementation, tracking and reporting progress on assigned project(s).
- Intakes high-level customer needs and translates them into business requirements and tactical plans.
- Responsible for managing KPIs against contractual obligations.
- Holds internal KGPCo cross functional partners accountable for on time delivery and execution.
- Formulates and drives impactful recommendation to solve complex problems.
- Provides periodic metrics regarding service level performance against stated and contractual objectives for business case.
- Responsible for regular program status reporting for internal and external audiences.
- Engage in discussions regarding contractual negotiation and execution with internal and external audiences.
SAFETY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance to Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, and KGP Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual.
- Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree – Supply Chain, Business or similar
- 3 or more years of project/program management experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reverse logistics or overall supply chain experience
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve real customer challenges
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to manage ambiguous projects, identify and solve blockers, and know when to escalate
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Exhibit personal power and leadership
- Exhibit enthusiasm and determination
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions, short communications, and memos; draft simple written correspondence; and effectively communicate in one-on-one or small group settings with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. Capable of performing calculations involving American currency and standard units of weight, volume, and distance.
- The ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
