*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Cleveland OH ( Strongsville, OH ) or Pittsburgh, PA

Program Manager :

- Lead a team of several project managers and project administrators.
- Manage shared service technology (SST) initiatives supporting internal systems for HR, Legal, Audits, Enterprise Innovations, Enterprise Change Office, and Ethics
- Drive cross-functional technology projects from initiation through completion
- Develop and manage program budgets, including cost forecasting and financial planning for high-value initiatives
- Oversee vendor relationships and stakeholder management across multiple business units

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Program management experience in technology initiatives, with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level technology programs with big budgets
- Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, cost planning, and financial analysis
- Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework implementation
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency with program management tools including Clarizen and Jira
- PMP certification
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent Agile SAFe certifications
