Program Manager – Member Contact Preferences & Data Management
Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
General Overview
The Program Manager will oversee the consolidation of member contact preferences and data into a single system to improve compliance and member engagement. This role involves managing large-scale data-centric initiatives while collaborating across IT, Data Teams, and business units to deliver business outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program oversight for data consolidation and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate with IT, Data Teams, and business stakeholders to centralize member preference/contact data into a unified repository.
- Ensure alignment of program goals with compliance mandates and organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee financials, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for program budgets up to $2M.
- Foster a collaborative culture among project teams in a matrixed environment to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- (In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.)
- Experience: 8+ years in program/project management with a focus on data-centric initiatives.
- Strong background in data management, including data lakes, repositories, and integration projects.
Preferred:
- Experience with platforms like Snowflake, enterprise systems, and large-scale data repositories.
- PMP Certification or SAFe Certification.
- Master’s degree in a related field.

- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data platforms, compliance requirements, and enterprise systems.
Certifications (Preferred but not Required):
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- SAFe Certification
