About the Job
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team. This position requires onsite work in downtown Austin, TX, Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in the field or a related area. They should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the program management field. The position demands a level of creativity and flexibility, as well as the ability to operate autonomously with ample room for initiative and independent decision-making within defined parameters.
Job Description:
-Aligning programs and activities with the organization's mission and goals.
-Innovating new programs to bolster the organization's strategic trajectory.
-Crafting and overseeing long-term objectives.
-Formulating a budget and operational strategy for the program.
Additional Job Details and Special Considerations:
-Conducts advanced business evaluation and planning at a senior level, directed by the Section Director.
-Engages in business analysis, process planning, and the development and implementation of agency policies and procedures.
-Orchestrates projects and team efforts to accomplish Section objectives and goals.
-Studies and scrutinizes operations and issues, compiling reports of findings and recommendations across various service points.
-Assists in preparing administrative reports, studies, and specialized technical projects.
-Offers consultative services and technical support for planning, implementing, and monitoring effective programs and services.
-Collaborates with program staff to identify trends and resolve technical issues.
-Reviews and evaluates information on service delivery system methods, outputs, and activities to pinpoint resource gaps and suggest enhancements.
-Develops procedures and workflows autonomously, with substantial discretion for initiative and independent judgment.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
-4 years of knowledge of business and management principles about business assessment, strategic planning, and allocation of resources.
-4 years of knowledge of computer and data systems, procedures, visualization tools, and methodologies of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
-4 years of knowledge of public administration and management methodologies; program planning and execution, as well as project management practices, principles, and procedures.
Preferred Requirements:
-4 years of experience with analysis of business, programs, and systems.
-4 years of experience creating targets, aims, and methodologies for overseeing and assessing advancement.
-4 years of experience arranging and conveying intricate data.
