Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Banking Institution for a Data Life Cycle Management Project Manager in Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, or Plano, TX
Responsibilities:
- Global Coordination: Manage and execute data life cycle management projects and data products globally, driving the organization towards a world-class data-driven framework.
- Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with business and functional area leaders to enhance alignment and collaboration around data management on a global scale.
- Project & Program Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables across multiple projects and programs, engaging teams from various organizations.
- Execution Focus: Concentrate on Global Transaction Services within Commercial Banking, communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing visibility into project health.
- Client Expectations: Ensure that execution and delivery meet client expectations concerning target outcomes, timelines, and costs.
- Financial Management: Own financial responsibilities for projects and programs, assist with resource planning, and facilitate communication between business and technology leaders.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology leaders across various organizations, including Compliance and Risk teams.
- Routine Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate project and program routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Delivery Planning: Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies, facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve outcomes on time and within budget.
- Risk Mitigation: Manage dependencies with robust risk mitigation routines and impediment removal.
- Status Updates: Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding expected outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedules.
- Compliance: Ensure all work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Performance Tracking: Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Program Oversight: Experience overseeing programs and projects from end to end at the program level.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Expertise in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management, and a focus on execution and overall program health.
- Routine Facilitation: Experience preparing for and facilitating program-level routines, including pre- and post-release planning and financial management for projects/programs.
- Technology Alignment: Partner with program-level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions align with defined strategy.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and applications such as GPP or PPRT, PCM.
- Risk Mitigation: Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risks and solve program-level problems.
- Agile Experience: Proficiency with Jira and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Enterprise Standards: Familiarity with Enterprise Change Standards and Enterprise Tooling.
- Certifications: Scale Agile Framework Lean Portfolio Management and/or Release Train Engineer certifications are a plus.
- Experience Required: 7-10 years of applicable experience.

Salary
60 - 65 /hour
