Summary
We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a Program Manger to support the JSP Endpoint Modernization Program. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager (PgM) is responsible for the program management and technical direction of major programs or projects and for ensuring compliance with laws governing federal IT management and standards. The Program Manager works directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding new project assignments and planning.
- Manage operational aspects of program activity, including cost, quality schedule, and personnel.
- Utilize PMBOK, ITIL, CMMI and other industry-recognized processes for managing the program.
- Serve as a principal liaison with current and prospective program customers.
- Plan, schedule, organize, and administer program tasks, budgets, and schedules.
- Track program against schedule, budget, and phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor regularly and executive staff as needed and/or requested.
- Provide recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, wage adjustments, and terminations.
- Prepare and present Employee Performance Evaluations.
- Recommend and/or lead new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery.
- Generate various reports/deliverables, including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.
- Plan, organize, direct, and guide the activities of team members, including processes, plans procedures and training personnel.
- Participate in hiring and training.
- Review and approve employee and subcontractor timecards.
- Establish and manage customer relationships.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Top Secret with SCI eligible clearance.
- Must possess at least 24 semester hours in mathematical, engineering, and/or quantitative analysis courses.
- Minimum 10 years' experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a contract program manager.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing endpoint modernization activities.
- Demonstrated management and supervision of employees.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing, configuration management and collaboration tools such as BMC Remedy and SharePoint.
