Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in management consulting, program management, or global operations in an outsourced business or shared services environment.
5 years of experience with one or more areas within Google Ads (e.g., Analytics, Policy, Search, etc.) or related Ad Platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA degree.
Ability to self-start and deliver for long, short, and medium-term priorities of the business.
Ability to operate effectively and collaborate across multiple disciplines and cultures.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a track record of collaborating a variety of stakeholders.

The Ads Content and Quality Operations team is a high-priority focus area for Google’s Ads business. In this team, you will work on curating and reviewing content for millions of ads and ad extensions, thus making ads more useful to users and helping advertisers meet their business objectives. You will be responsible for working closely with the Engineering, Product, and Operations teams as a trusted advisor and partner in delivering the desired business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead and drive planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Ads programs in partnership with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to experiments, AI model development and tuning, and new product launches.
Develop new services, processes, tools, and frameworks to speed up Ads product development cycles.
Manage the development of new workflows, including guidelines, calibration, process definition, and quality review of human evaluation datasets.
Translate product insights and business needs into a program and product operational strategy, collaborating with service delivery managers.
Identify and mitigate program risks, improve operational quality and product performance through data analysis and process improvements, and influence stakeholders based on developed insights.
