Overview
Program Management Analyst (VOPS-2025-22068):
Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to support the integration lead between Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), and SPY6 radar with managing the meetings, actions, calendar, integrated master schedule, Trouble report tracking, and speak for the integration lead when they are covering parallel events.
Responsibilities
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Working with Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) charts
Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCEs)
Cost Studies (Economic Analyses (EAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, Cost Realism Analyses and Special Studies)
Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Program Office Cost Support (Program Objective Memorandum (POM) estimates, Selected Acquisition Report (SAR) submissions/inputs, Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) submissions, budget
Program Risk Analysis and Mitigation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Aegis experience preferred
- Experience with MS Project and Primavera highly preferred
- Familiarity with Navy Combat Systems
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
