Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Integration Specialist to provide comprehensive support for the integration of program and project activities, focusing on technical analyses, reviews, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements management, business re-engineering, and modernization efforts, with a strong understanding of the Integrated IMF Modernization system and its various components and projects. This role involves collaborating with Delivery Partners, supporting data gathering, and ensuring successful deployment of newly developed capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide program and project integration support, assisting with technical analyses and reviews.
- Support process improvement efforts and ensure adherence to program objectives and methodologies.
- Understand the impacts of the integrated IMF Modernization system, its components, and related projects.
- Gather data and compile it into presentations or relevant artifacts for reporting and analysis.
- Interface with and support Delivery Partners to ensure seamless program integration and coordination of activities.
- Coordinate the deployment of newly developed system capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Participate in business process re-engineering and project assessments to drive modernization efforts.
- Utilize agile processes to derive and manage program and project level requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in requirements management, business process re-engineering, or modernization efforts involving large-scale systems.
- Proven experience in business process re-engineering and conducting project assessments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as IBM's Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM), including DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and Rational Team Concert (RTC), for requirements management, implementation, and traceability.
- Knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct technical reviews and analyses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interfacing with program stakeholders and partners.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including coordination with multiple delivery partners.

- Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
