Location: Thousand Oaks Area Elementary Schools

Schedule: Must be available Monday - Friday, 11 am - 6 pm-No weekends!

Pay & Benefits:

• $28/hour

As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care, learning, and excitement to our children.
• Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.

Here's what you'll need:

• BA degree (A degree in an area of Education highly desirable).
• A year or more of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Valid California Class C Driver's License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
