Program Director, Targeted Case Management - Avivo

Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health or similar field.

Management experience: Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, preferred within a behavioral health setting.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, including some experience providing Targeted Case Management services directly, or history of supervision of Targeted Case Management.

Experience with an electronic health record at administrative management level.

Experience with and/or commitment to working in a diverse continuum of services in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Experience with and/or a demonstrated commitment to developing and delivering culturally responsive, harm reduction and trauma informed services.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in Mental Health preferred.

Licensure to include LICSW, LPCC, LMFT or Psy D. preferred.

Clinical supervision experience.
