Program Director - Snc-Lavalin

We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Director to join our New York City, NY office.

We are seeking a Program Director to join our property team in the New York City office. This role typically works on a major program/project for corporate real estate clients, leading delivery efforts or managing a delivery team. The Program Director manages 5-10 staff and provides leadership, direction, and guidance to managers and staff within their area of responsibility.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Acts as client liaison and lead interface with clients and project team members, developing a full understanding of the scope of projects.
• Oversees major client programs, managing Faithful+Gould program delivery teams.
• Drives major programs/clients and differentiates AtkinsRéalis through excellent delivery of programs/services.
• Works with Operations Directors and Technical Directors in support of program delivery.
• Develops and implements business development plans and activities.
• Reviews program/project financials and identifies potential issues.
• Manages the strategic aspects of programs and mitigates risks.
• Ensures QA/QC reviews occur for all assigned programs/projects.
• Provides senior-level project management support as necessary.
• Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Supervisor.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, plus fifteen years relevant experience.
• Professional registration in the field of practice is required (e.g., LEED, AACE, PMI).
• Significant experience leading and delivering projects and programs for corporate real estate clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or a very large single project.
• Strong decision-making abilities and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience managing a program or project of at least $1 million.
• Thorough understanding of Information Technology in the performance of work including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

Expected compensation range is between $130,000 - $217,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
