The Program Director is responsible for researching, planning, developing, and implementing the operational management of an Emergence field office while supervising staff, overseeing treatment coordination, and building effective community relationships.

Ensure workload is appropriate
Staff mentoring, coaching and corrective actions
Manage award and incentives program
Understand and encourage personal development of employees by providing access and resources to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities within an employee’s scope of practice
Supervises QMHPs working towards licensure
Treatment Coordination
Monitors wait list, scheduling of assessments, and groups
Grant tracking and reporting
Works closely with Clinical Director to ensure quality of services
Reviews client documentation including and not limited to individual assessments, treatment plans, and annual updates
Works with other Emergence programs to provide integrated care
Adheres to all applicable rules associated with confidentiality, privacy, and ethics
General and Fiscal Operations
Ensures compliance and handles periodic audits and site reviews
Reviews budget
Approves program purchases
Manages communication regarding physical office site maintenance
Collaborates with administration regarding processes and procedure
Drafts procedures and policies related to specific office functions
Facilitates meetings
Addresses elevated concerns (client and interoffice)
Community Relationships
Builds, maintains, and develops relationships with local partners
Monitors contracts, referral processes
Increases staff awareness regarding community relations, processes, procedures

Required education and experience
Master’s degree in social work or related field
2 years’ experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
CADC-I or ability to be approved for SUD treatment certification within the State of Oregon or the national equivalent.
Four years of experience in social services of which at least two years in treatment of chemical dependency
Knowledge of treatment methods and evidence-based practices integrated co-occurring disorders and trauma informed care
Experience managing clinicians and staff
Preferred education and experience
CADC-I or CADC-II
CGAC
Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and gender affirming care
Additional eligibility requirements
Must be available and willing to work occasional evenings
Work authorization/security clearance requirements
Must be eligible to legally work in the United States.
