Program Director
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with CEO and Program Manager to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage Program Manager to coordinate and manage program initiatives.
- Identify key requirements for program success and community stakeholders.
- Develop and manage budget for program and be accountable for managing grant compliance and reporting.
- Work with other community stakeholders and local law enforcement to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the community.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for program outcomes and funders.
Required Experience and/or Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management.
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing.
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
