Corporate Trainer oversee, train and direct site activity within a designated geographical area. Routine inspections and audits of security personnel are conducted to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Available Position: Security Corporate Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Working with Supervision on site.
- Forecast and Implementation of Training Program (existing and new deliverables).
- Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor.
- Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support.
- Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract.
- Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports.
- Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy.
- Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner.
- Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
- Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.).
- Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner.
- Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment).
- Other duties to be determined by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- CA BSIS license (Required).
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years previous security supervision and/or training leadership experience required
- Flexible availability
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attentive to detail
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
