Job Description Summary
Position Responsibilities:
* Execute Software Development and Platform Implementation initiatives using Sunbelt's operating model and techniques as developed and governed by our internal Portfolio Management Office.
* Manage all phases of project/product lifecycle - Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall as required.
* Facilitate Quarterly Product Increment Planning (PI) ceremonies to plan and prioritize work across all teams.
* Use Quarterly PI Planning to identify risks and dependencies.
* Own the schedule established during Product Increment Planning with milestones and feature delivery dates; manage schedule baseline measuring progress against the schedule/feature set.
* Facilitate cross product planning and dependencies with Implementation Partners, Solution Architects, other Program Delivery Managers, Technical Delivery Managers and Product Managers.
* Partner with the Product Manager and the rest of the team leadership on release management strategy.
* Create release management plans, incorporating all pre-release testing, training, and other business-readiness work.
* In partnership with team leadership and the squad Scrum Masters, mitigate risks, manage and facilitate decisions; and lead the resolution of impediments that cannot be resolved within Squads
* In partnership with the Scrum Masters and other stakeholders, track and communicate updates on delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPI), risk mitigation, impediment resolution, and team delivery interdependencies.
* Provide weekly and monthly executive and release level reporting aligned to Release and Epic structure in JIRA.
* In partnership with team leadership, ensures appropriate stakeholders and business readiness partners (e.g., Training partners, Change Management partners) are engaged at appropriate times.
* Responsible for driving frequent, collaborative communication within the team and associated Squads.
* Collaborates with Portfolio Management on the oversight of contracts and procurement of resources. With the input of Scrum Masters, leads the change process for contracts and SOWs.
* Supports Portfolio Management in managing, forecasting, and tracking the budget established at the team and squad levels and within the overall initiative(s).
* Responsible for reviewing invoices to confirm resource billed competed the work outlined in the SOW.
* Manages vendor relationships as related to sphere of responsibilities.
* Verifies adherence to Jira standards and reporting standards within the team.
* May serve as an Agile coach if appropriately qualified, collaborating with the team's Agile Coach.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification highly preferred.
* Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP required.
* Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Agile at scale.
* 10+ years of progressive experience managing technical teams developing enterprise class solutions or implementing COTS medium-to-large-scale technology projects involving various technologies and project teams in a corporate environment.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs and projects of various sizes, complexity, and types (e.g., application development, outsources services).
* Proven experience building and developing project teams. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and Spotify as well as extensive experience with the pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery.
* Able to understand architectural and technical aspects of a solution.
* Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills (i.e., driven, personable, and outgoing).
* Ability to communicate with key stakeholders, senior leadership and executives.
* Able to foster a cooperative environment for a wide variety of sources, including senior leadership, customers, vendors and other departments.
* Understands project financials and can track and manage the project budget and expenditure.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient using Jira and Confluence or other Agile project tools. Experience using ServiceNow or other enterprise project portfolio management tools such Clarity, MS Project Server, etc.

Base Pay Range: $112,098.00 - 154,134.20
