Program Coordinator/Waterford Place - Rush Copley Medical Center

About the Job
Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the services offered at Waterford Place. The coordinator assists to actively develop new and existing programs to serve the needs of the community. Supports the Program and Administrative Support Coordinator and Program Manager to ensure support to clients is available and participates in community events and philanthropic activities.
Position Requirements :
+ Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or healthcare related field
+ At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
+ Bilingual skills preferred
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to communicate in a culturally diverse environment.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
+ Familiarity with Rush Copley’s market and Aurora’s community, including local organizations.
+ Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as virtual platforms.
$28.16 - $42.24 Hourly
