Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our teamCoordinator within the Einstein-Montefiore Institute. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration, promoting community engagement, and advancing health equity through translational research initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage operations, resources, and outreach efforts to support the mission and objectives.
Maintain effective communication with core leadership, leadership, research communities, and partners.
Assist in progress reporting and dissemination of local and national levels.
Provide key support in planning and coordinating core activities, establishing policies and procedures, and problem-solving issues related to planning and implementation.
Coordinate meetings and represent the project partner meetings and community events.
Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for services, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Assist in grant proposal preparation, conference presentations, and manuscript development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a liaison to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred, with 3 years of clinical research or health-related field experience.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis preferred.
Proficiency in software and database management (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, REDCap, Qualtrics).
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and troubleshoot issues independently.

Salary Range: USD $67,500.00 - USD $75,000.00 per year.
