Compensation: Antioch University offers a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes both direct and indirect pay. The compensation will be based on experience, education, knowledge, credentials, and a consideration of the difficulty and complexity of the position. The minimum hourly rate/salary for this position is: $24.50/hr.
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator, Clinical Training Office (CTO), serves as the primary liaison between students, faculty, Executive Director for Clinical Affairs (EDOCA) and other offices. The Program Coordinator administers the operations of the Antioch University Los Angeles Clinical Training Office, supporting Masters in Psychology traditional students, Clinical Training sites and Clinical Faculty and collaborating with other Antioch University Clinical Training Offices and University departments such as Student Services and Registrar Office. The Program Coordinator is part of the public face of the program, working closely with program alumni, and members of the Los Angeles professional community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
CTO Administration
- Maintain all documentation for the CTO office including student records
- Support student learning through distribution and collection of a range of evaluation instruments and processes relevant to practicum classes, alumni and professional development events, etc.
- Manage the EDOCA’s calendar including scheduling
- Develop and improve PowerPoint, video and other presentations to provide clear, accessible instruction and guidance to students preparing for an engaged in Clinical Training, including overview of policies and guidelines required of trainees and introduction to their use of the required Tevera documentation platform.
- Attend orientations, providing administrative and coordination support
- Provide administrative support to Clinical Faculty including supporting internal and external communications with students and clinical sites, scheduling, data collection and analysis, etc.
- Provide administrative and coordination support as needed to other CTO offices
- Coordinate and support CTO-focused events and collaboration with other Antioch units and external partners in support of student learning outcomes and stronger internal and external relationships. Events involve a range of professional development opportunities, including mixers, introductions to sites and their representatives, panel discussions with alumni, etc.
- Manage data integrity and entry with Tavera platform; build CTO-relevant data fields and support students in managing their use of the platform as needed.
- Prepare and distribute information packets to students and support their efforts to gain their Bureau Behavioral Sciences (BBS) Associate number
- Collaborate with CTO staff, clinical sites, and other key stakeholders to maintain all CTO databases, contact lists, and archives required by BBS and other institutional accreditors
- Maintain updated mail and e-mail lists of students and site supervisors, directors, and other personnel
- Create and maintain reports including compiling statistics for assessment and other purposes

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent education, experience and training; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational, time management and attention to details skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites, and ability to learn and utilize new software
- Experience with documents management systems such as Tevera helpful
- Knowledge of Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) and/or Bureau Behavioral Sciences (BBS) standards desirable
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and/or equivalent desirable
- Minimal supervision received
- No supervisory responsibilities
