1. Supervise a team, and support Assistant Director in the hire, of school clinical managers, mental health clinicians, and interns; including supporting clinical staff with crises, as needed.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with school-based satellite clinic leadership, including meetings with each school-satellite, as defined by each school.
3. Provide weekly clinical and reflective supervision for school clinical managers, mental health clinicians, and interns, including review of documentation.
4. Track staff productivity and ensure individual and satellite productivity goals are met.
5. Ensure all staff clinical documentation is completed in a timely fashion, including outcome assessments.
6. Complete administrative tasks, including: a. Maintaining and reviewing high-risk client list. b. Coordinate with Intake department around referrals c. Review intake list, caseloads, and assign clients. d. Ensure review of PSYCKES e. Submit NIMRS cases, as needed f. Submit incident reports for twice monthly incident review meetings g. Verbal and written warnings for staff failing to meet role expectations h. Work with Assistant Director on completion of monthly program report to the Director of Behavioral Health i. Assist Assistant Director in completion of satellite operating license documentation, as needed j. Complete ADP for all supervisees k. Other administrative tasks, as needed
7. Train new staff members as needed, including formal EHR training.
8. Provide direct clinical services and all required documentation when School Clinical Manager is away on scheduled absence, as needed.
9. Collaborate with the Director of Behavioral Health/Clinic, Assistant Directors, other Program Coordinators, intake department, and quality assurance team to provide best practice clinical services in compliance with OMH regulations.
10. Must be willing to work at least one late evening (until 8PM) at Main clinic office and provide additional evening coverage, as needed, as well as respond to afterhours crisis calls (on rotation with other Assistant Directors and Program Coordinators/Supervisors).
11. Must be willing to attend agency/community events as needed.
12. Must participate in all internal agency and external meetings, as needed.
13. Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director, Director of Behavioral Health and/or the Chief Program Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. LCSW, LMHC or PhD/PsyD with current NYS clinical license
2. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with children
3. Charismatic personality with strong ability to lead
4. Experience with evidenced based treatment models
5. Experience with school-based clinical satellites 6. Experience providing clinical, reflective supervision
7. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative working relationships
8. Good time management and organizational skills
9. Independent and self-motivated
10.Willingness to travel to school-based satellite clinics, main clinic, and other sites, as needed.
11.Proficient in the following applications: Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams), Zoom, Doxy.me, and electronic health records
