Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Coordinate logistics for events and workshops.

Maintain and organize program files and databases.

Respond to inquiries and provide information to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a similar role preferred.
