Program Assistant - Collaborative Solutions for Communities

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES

Candidate shall possess the following skill sets and fulfill the responsibilities listed, but not limited to those below:

• Develops, administer, and monitor programs ensuring compliance with policies and standards
• Chart work process and assist the program director in achieving program outcomes
• Preparing documentation for grants
• Managing online resources
• Proofreading and making copies of documents
• Assisting in the planning and overseeing significant events
• Work as the program liaison with funders and external partners
• Knowledge of wide range of manpower concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs and practices.
• Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, directives of management, and administrative matters.
• Prepares and presents oral briefings such as training sessions, assigned programs and projects.

Education/Experience:

Must possess a bachelor’s degree and or four years of experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills necessary.
