Two to three years of demonstrated related professional work experience and/or education is necessary, preferably in areas such as customer service, communications, volunteer support, program delivery, and retail services.

Skills and Attributes
A self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight; is flexible, adaptable, self-manager, organized, and has a strong attention to detail; thrives in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
Utilize technology tools to effectively conduct virtual internal and external meetings and programs.
Proven oral and written communication abilities; demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues and communicate effectively with a diverse group of girls, volunteers, and staff.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects while managing conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Excellent independent decision-making skills and strong resourcefulness.
Excellent technical computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a diverse environment, and with people from various racial and cultural backgrounds.
