Job Title: Program Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage grant-making strategies in health, higher education, environment, and arts.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with grantees and community stakeholders.
- Evaluate the impact of funded programs and report findings to the Foundation.
- Collaborate with team members to align initiatives with the Foundation's mission.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in philanthropy or nonprofit management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Passion for community enrichment and social impact.
