Position: PANDO Program Assistant
Summary: As the Pando Program Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Pando staff with program operations and client engagement. Your responsibilities will range from overseeing the Pando Pantry to coordinating workshops and ensuring that we meet all expectations set by our funding sources.
What You'll Do:
- Pando Pantry Operations:
- Provide exceptional client services
- Complete all data reporting related to pantry operations
- Train interns and staff on pantry operations
- Restock shelves and ensure regulations are met
- Keep the pantry clean and organized
- Pick up and organize donated and purchased products
- Monitor and manage inventory
- Client Support & Engagement:
- Coordinate and implement workshops and resources (topics like nutrition, cooking, health insurance, budgeting, legal aid, etc.)
- Assist with tenant council meetings and community activities
- Ensure timely reporting of client outcomes
- Additional Support:
- Serve as backup personnel for other LCFS programs as needed
- Provide administrative and clerical support to LCFS management
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-directed and proactive
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Social Work, Human services, working with homeliness
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License
- Must pass background checks, drug screening and TB Screening

Working Environment:
- Flexible working hours to accommodate school schedules
- Tuesday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some evenings and weekends as needed
