Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

A minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support.

Experience working with individuals with a behavioral health diagnosis.

Understanding of the impact of systemic and historical racism on the lives of many of the program participants.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bilingual Spanish is highly desired.

A passion for the mission of a community-based behavioral health program.
