We are currently seeking a dynamic Program Analyst to join our team in Stafford, VA.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various intelligence operations and initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) and will involve collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness. The Program Analyst will leverage their expertise in analysis to contribute to mission success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and assess plans and strategies for the procurement, implementation, and deployment of hardware, software, and services.
• Develop, track, and report Integrated Master Schedules/Integrated Government Schedules.
• Identify potential issues and risks in current and future plans, acquisition strategies, and requirements.
• Identify, assess, and assist with implementing issue resolutions and risk mitigations.
• Track and report risk management efforts.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings.
• Develop and distribute meeting agendas.
• Document and distribute meeting notes, minutes, and action items.
• Support the development and editing of project presentations.
• Document findings and recommendations from assessments.

Experience

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field desired.
• 7+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Management Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems.
