About the Job
Valiant Harbor International is currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Research Mission Support Services (RMSS) in Springfield, VA. Note that this position requires candidates be located within reasonable proximity to Springfield, VA in order to support the NGA customer with on-site meetings and other in-person requirements. The Program Analyst will perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:

- Assist NGA leadership/offices in the preparation and review of Acquisition and Pre-Award documentation (i.e., RFIs, RFPs, SOWs).
- Assist in organizing NGA-sponsored events (meetings, conferences, industry days, etc.) with government, industry, academia, and international partners.
- Support Congressional-related actions including engagements (meetings/events) with members and their staff.
- Monitor RDT&E/O&M funding and assist in the preparation of budget submissions.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and security offices in managing the dissemination of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
- Maintain and update information repositories (WordPress and SharePoint) as necessary.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with R&D program development and management.
- Familiarity with RDT&E funding and the PPBE process.
- Effective communication skills across various media, proficiency in scheduling and leading meetings, and the ability to take initiative autonomously.
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS or MA/MS in a technical degree or with 36 credit hours in technology related curriculum; Desired: BA/BS or MA/MS in systems analysis, systems engineering, or systems management.
- Greater than or equal to 15 years related work experience required.
Clearance Requirements:
- Candidates for this position must currently possess a US DoD Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.
