Parker Tide is a veteran-owned, small business in DC. We serve as a value-added partner to the government. We are seeking a Program Analyst (Office Management) to work with one of our clients. Title: Program Analyst (Office Management)
Place of Performance: Washington DC area to include NOVA and Southern Maryland.
Period of Performance: one year and four option years.
Clearance: TS/SCI
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: 5 years of experience (Active/Reserve Duty – US Navy preferred, USG Civilian, or Defense Contractor) with at least of 2 years as a member on a high-level Office of the Secretary of Defense or equivalent, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Military Department or Service, or IC staff. Description • Provide executive level support to administrative processes and routine office tasks including periodic reporting requirements, taking minutes at key meetings, and setting up video teleconferences. • Develop, maintain, and support the execution of communication strategies, plans, and outreach. • Draft written and oral talking points for executive level presentations, briefings, and marketing materials needed for conferences, speaking engagements, and other outreach events using effective oral and written communication skills. • Perform technical edits and support quality reviews. ◦ Conceptualize, design, and execute responsive and interactive digital guidance, publications, and tools across multiple platforms, such as SharePoint. ◦ Consult division and department leadership and others to identify business procedures and establish documentation needs. ◦ Lead editorial reviews of formal internal and external correspondence. ◦ Maintain the security and confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information. ◦ Track the development and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and semiannual documents and reports. ◦ Provide project management support in the development of routine and special projects by performing required research and analysis.
