Healthcare Staffing Professionals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead the integration of cross-program data in the public health sector for the purpose of modernizing Immunization Information Systems (IIS). This position offers a dynamic work environment at the intersection of technology and public health, and this role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development environments, an understanding of Agile processes and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a passion for improving public health outcomes through data-driven solutions.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 11/26/26 with opportunity of extension.
Pay Rate-
$46.90/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- o Manage the full lifecycle of cross-program data integration from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaboratively develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, dependency management, and grant deliverable tracking.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure project success and impact.
- Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive business cases for data integration, outlining goals, benefits, risks, and resource needs.
- Gather, document, and refine project requirements to ensure alignment with technical capabilities and organizational needs.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications and workflows.
- Coordinate with software development teams to ensure seamless data integration and compliance with technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of SDLC best practices and ensure alignment with Agile principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with development and IT teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including public health program subject matter experts, IT sys admins, software developers, and data engineers.
- Present project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Facilitate meetings to enhance stakeholder engagement and understanding of data integration processes as well as project development touchpoints and Scrum ceremonies throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Ensure the accuracy, security, and reliability of integrated data across cross-functional public health teams and programs.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to enforce data standards and compliance.
